Track Updates & New Information
Pit Passes for ATVs, UTVs, Golf Carts, Motorbikes, and Vehicles
New Passes Stickersfor these vehicles are in the process o being handed out.
Pit Passes Stickers are for any motorized vehicles coming in the pits without a hauler attached to it.
Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Golf Carts, Minibikes may be driven in the pits BUT used for a purpose. Not for cruising around.
All Road Vehicles must be parked and stay there until the races are over or to leave the grounds.
SECURITY does NOT need Pit Passes Stickers on anything we use to get around.
Cross-Over Gate - Who Can & Can't Drive Through
All vehicles all types (except track officials, security, tow trucks and track crew) can drive through the cross-over gate after 4:45pm.
Those vehicles that are in the pits, must stay in the pits.
If a vehicle has a pit pass, they have to enter the pits through the Pit Gate entrance.
Spectators and teams can only walk through the Cross-Over Gate.
Race Car Inspections
Inspections will be done randomly. Notification of this being done is short notice.
They still could happen if cheating is suspected.
Pit Gate & Cross-Over Gate
Beer has been a problem. PLEASE check the haulers for people and coolers. You don't need to open the cooler BUT remind the driver that there is not drinking until ALL races are over.
NEW.... As per Paul, Team members can drink at their Pits Only after their feature Race.
$5 Poker Chips
There is a shortage on Poker Chips. If you have any poker chips, please use them. The track is short on them and if they don't have any to hand out, we don't get any.
Barricades
the track is using new barricades for the pits/grandstand dividing fence. They are not as secure as the snow fence.
Those of you at the cross over-over gate, please keep an eye on the barricades on either side of you.
Report if you see anyone near them that possibly shouldn't be.
*New Turn #1 Changes*
There has been vehicles parking on the knoll in turn #1. This should stop with a new building that is supposed to be placed there for people to rent in 2023.
If the building doesn't go there, we will barricade that area. No more vehicles parked there.
*New Security Changes*
Paul has cut the security staff to 4 plus me. We will cover the Pit Gate, Cross-over Gate, Flag Stand, and Turn 4.
Each person will be on the front straight-a-way for 1/2 the night.
The Turn 4 Person will be my backup when needed.

TIME OFF REQUESTS
REMINDER: .... Each night it takes 4 employees to cover all the security spots.
1. When asking to take a night off, ONLY the first 2 people will get it off. Anyone else that needs a day off, where 2 people already have it off, will need to find someone to work for them.
2. Please give me, at least, a 2 week notice for time off.
