Track Updates & New Information

*NEW* 6/15/2023............................................... Turn #4 Security person

The turn #4 security person monitors the fence line from the ambulance to the flag stand. They also monitor concessions, bathrooms, storage pods and behind the grandstands.

Also the turn #4 security person is my backup person. If something goes down I will radio you to have you assist me.

*NEW UPDATE* 6/15/2023....................... Beer in the Pits

The race teams are pushing the envelope again.

The last 2 races we have caught teams drinking beer outside of their pits and even walking into the grandstand area with the beer.

If you see this, PLEASE let them know that the beer CAN NOT be consumed until their feature race is over and they also only can consume it in their own pits.

REMINDER...... Those working the pit gate. When the pit gate opens, randomly check haulers for people and remind the driver about no beer consumption policy.

Cross-Over Gate - Who Can & Can't Drive Through

NO ONE EXCEPT SECURITY, CRASH CREW, PIT STEWARTS, TRACK OFFICIALS, OR ADMIN can drive through the cross-over gate after 4:45pm. Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Golf Carts, Scooters, Minibikes can not leave the pits.

Those that are handicapped can with their handicap mirror tag or if it is a broke leg or injury that would not allow them to walk.

Spectators and teams can only walk through the Cross-Over Gate.

No Personal Vehicles in the Pits

Track Officials, Management, and Security are the only personal vehicles allowed in the pits. NO EXCEPTIONS !!

All photographers has to enter the Handicap gate.

If someone that is running parts, getting fuel, or for any other reason, and wants access into the pits, call me first on the radio to gain permission.

DO NOT LET THEM THROUGH UNTIL YOU TALK TO ME!!

If I give you permission to let them enter into the pits, I want:

1. . The time they entered the pits

2. Picture of the rear of the vehicle with readable license plate number.

Turn #1 Changes

There has been vehicles parking on the knoll in turn #1. This should stop with a new building that is supposed to be placed there for people to rent in 2023.

If the building doesn't go there, we will barricade that area. No more vehicles parked there.

Barricades

the track is using new barricades for the pits/grandstand dividing fence.  They are not as secure as the snow fence.

No one should be in the areas that we have secured with barricades.

Pit Passes for ATVs, UTVs, Golf Carts, Motorbikes, Scooters and Vehicles

New Passes Stickers for these vehicles are in the process o being handed out.

Pit Passes Stickers are for any motorized vehicles coming in the pits without a hauler attached to it.

Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Golf Carts, Scooters, Minibikes may be driven in the pits BUT used for a purpose. Not for cruising around.

SECURITY, CRASH CREW, PIT STEWARTS, TRACK OFFICIALS, OR ADMIN. DO NOT need Pit Passes Stickers on anything we use to get around.

Race Car Inspections

Inspections will be done randomly. Notification of this being done is short notice.

They still could happen if cheating is suspected.

Pit Gate & Cross-Over Gate

Beer has been a problem. PLEASE check the haulers for people and coolers. You don't need to open the cooler BUT remind the driver that there is not drinking until ALL races are over.

NEW.... As per Paul, Team members can drink at their Pits Only after their feature Race.
